As such, we introduced Vault Connect, which is our very own work at home program. It provides employee flexibility and also expands our business continuity solutions into the future.

Vault cares about our team, especially in this “new normal.” Therefore, we wanted to make it a point to provide them with the support they need to get to and from work safely during these trying times.
With this in mind, we arranged for dedicated shuttle services in key points around Metro Manila. This made travelling more accessible for our employees – and ensured that your business kept on running.
Business continuity is one of our goals with Vault Connect. With the deployment of computers to their houses, our agents are now able to continue supporting your business from the safety of their own homes. This allowed us to promote our team’s flexibility by providing them with a complete work PC setup: a computer and an internet modem for each employee.
Into the future, this solution will allow more business continuity options should our office locations not be available. Of course, every effort has been made to keep your data secure and safe with agents connecting over secure channels to our internal network before getting to the wider internet.
Our employees’ health and safety have always been at the top of our priority list.
For those who do need to go to the office, we have set up hand sanitiser dispensers and foot baths in key areas of the building. Common areas, like pantries, meeting rooms, and production floors, have also been set up to allow for sufficient social distancing between employees as prescribed by law.
Furthermore, employees can secure additional medical supplies like face masks from our in-house clinical staff, accessible 24/7. We also have a dedicated maintenance team that disinfects the site round-the-clock to ensure safety.
